Normal Text

With Normal Text auto response you can configure plain text, blocks, and action respond for any keywords. Navigate to Botgento panel Automation > Auto response page which will shows you all published normal text auto respond under NORMAL TEXT tab.

Here, each configured auto respond card shows you keywords and their actions performed while matching all those keywords. Within each card you can see a buttons for randomize toggle (only for TEXT and BLOCKS reply), preview, edit and delete button. If you want to create new reply by clicking on ADD NEW REPLY which will shows you configuration modal similar to below screen.

Configuration

If user says something similar to:

Enter your desired keywords or sentence for reply. Use comma (,) or tab to add multiple keywords or sentence.

Bot reply with

You can choose 3 different types of response for your keywords:

  • TEXT which is plain text response

  • BLOCKS choose your existing block as response. You can select multiple block in single response.

  • ACTION allows you to set in build functionality of SHOPMORE, MY ORDER, MY WISHLIST, SUBSCRIBE, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

Randomize

This option is only available for TEXT and BLOCK reply. When this will be enabled you need to create multiple response by clicking on ADD MORE option. During responding to recipient any random response will be picked and sent to them.

If any response have similar keywords then the newest reply will be send to recipient. We recommend to ignore duplicate keywords in multiple auto response.
