Text control allows you to can send content with optional CTA button. You can use Text control under broadcast, welcome message, and blocks.

By clicking on Text control, a new card will be added to your compose editor similar to below screen.

You can enter your content in content with the limit of 640 characters. As we mentioned before, you can send option CTA along with text content. By clicking on add button, you can configure CTA button.

Configuration

Button Title

Mention CTA button text in this field. This field is mandatory while sending message.

Button Type

Define action perform on tapping this CTA button. You can set any of mentioned button type.

• Open web page allows you to set external URL link on button tapping.

• Call number used to make call on specified number.

• Blocks allows you to choose your existing block as response. You can select multiple block in single response.

• Action type is used to set button responded with predefined actions. Here actions reference to SHOPMORE, MY ORDER , MY WISHLIST, SUBSCRIBE, and UNSUBSCRIBE.

Value

Enter or choose CTA button value depends upon button type.
