Product

Similar to Normal Text you can configure user input keywords with Magento store products. Under the Automation > Auto response PRODUCT tab will list you all configured respond similar to below image.

Each configured auto respond card shows you keywords and their respond products by entered SKU's while matching all those keywords. Within each card you can see a buttons for preview, edit and delete for particular respond card. If you want to create new reply by clicking on ADD NEW REPLY which will shows you configuration modal.

Configuration

If user says something similar to:

Mentioned your desired keywords or sentence for reply. Use comma (,) or tab to add multiple keywords or sentence.

Before replies

Enter your personalize text to greet page subscriber before showing product response. You can use predefined variables of Facebook page subscriber and emoji's.

Product

  • SKU's holds your Magento store valid SKU which will be return to page recipient while matching any keywords. You can enter multiple value by comma or tab separation.

  • Title field value will be shown below the product image, you can use emoji's and predefined variables to make it more attractive.

  • Subtitle value is used for extra information about particular product. Customize this field with emoji's and predefined variables.

  • View is the optional call to action button will be rendering to individual product listing, if enabled your entered text will be appear in CTA button.

  • Add to cart is another optional call to action button similar to View. While clicking on this button recipient will be redirect to Magento store and product will be added to their cart.

Each fields have their characters limitation as per Facebook message limit, you can find remaining character counter while focusing any of this field. Also check keywords priority on this link before configure auto response.

If any response have similar keywords then the newest reply will be send to recipient. We recommend to ignore duplicate keywords in multiple auto response.
