This welcome screen is displayed for users interacting with your bot for the first time.

Greeting Text

This field allows you to specify the greeting message which will see on the welcome screen of your Facebook page bot. You can utilize predefined variables and emoji's to personalize this message. After saving this configuration your Facebook page bot window looks like below screen.

Connected Facebook Page

This is the read only field which shows you connected Facebook page title.

Pause Automation

Sometime you don't want to interrupt conversation with automated message, specially when you provide live chat support. By enabling this option, you can pause chatbot automated message and none of auto messages (shopbot, auto response, default messages, etc.) will be send to users.

You'll find messenger short link for your connected page. By clicking on this link your users will directly landed to your page withing messenger application/window.

Messenger Code

Messenger codes are use for scanned to instantly open your bot, no typing needed. You can add this code on ads, flyers, or anywhere to allow users to try your bot.

Disable bot for this page

This is very crucial setting which allows you to disconnect bot from Facebook page.

Once you disconnect bot from Facebook page, you won't be able to send messages (broadcast, abandoned cart, in-stock alert, etc.) to any of page subscribers. Also note that, shopbot features like order updates, catalog listing, wishlist, etc. won't be functional after that.
