In this guide you will find comprehensive details about order confirmation message updates. To edit this template, navigate to Automation > eCommerce page and click on EDIT TEMPLATE button under Order confirmation box which will land you to template edit page.
Here, you can see the edit template page is divided into 2 parts, left side contains all configuration fields related to this template and right panel shows you real time preview of your changes.
Page subscriber will able to opt-in for Facebook messenger updates during checkout process, where they can find Facebook checkbox plugin inside order review step which looks like below image.
If user checked this box during checkout, they will be opt-in for your page subscriber. However Facebook won't send its actual subscription id unless any message or action initiate from user end. Thus, Botgento will send greet text along with CTA button to retrieve its actually subscription id. You can set your preferred text for OPT-IN and CTA button.
Text entered in this configuration will send before order receipt. You can use emoji's and predefined variables to personalize this text.
AFTER RECEIPT
The text mentioned in this field will be sent after order receipt.
Set your CTA button text in this configuration. This is the optional button which will be send after all above message. By clicking on this CTA button, chatbot will response with Magento catalog details similar to below image.
Each fields have their characters limitation as per Facebook message limit, you can find remaining character counter while focusing any of this field.
