There are different system default messages available which will be send to subscribers for their unmatched keywords, product or category not found in catalog, and many more. You can edit this default messages as per your requirements. Under Settings > General > Bot Messages page, all of default message will be listed which looks like below screen.
Message entered in this field will be user when there is no welcome message configured. You can use %s special variable which will be replace with Facebook page title.
This message will be send when input keywords not matched with any of configured Auto Response and Shopping Bot keywords.
Message will be used to notify subscriber about deleted blocks. Make this field empty If you don't want to respond.
This message will be send when user opt-in through Subscribe keyword.
If user opt-out through Unsubscribe keyword inside messenger, they will get this message.
This message is used when user is looking for product and not found in Magento store. Here, product search will be similar to your Magento store frontend search.
Similar to product this message will be send when user input category not available in Magento catalog. Note that only those category are considered who's Enable for Shop Now attribute is enabled.
This message will be send to users when they try to retrieve order history but there is no order associated to them.
If user tries to fetch wishlist items and if they don't have any product in their wishlist this message will be send.
There might be case that single Facebook account is associated with multiple Magento account. In such cases bot prompt them with this message along with associated email address for which they trying to retrieve order history.
If your Magento store is unreachable, this message will be send to users.
This message will be send to user when they opt-in through checkbox plugin, send to messenger plugin or messenger short link.
This message is used to greet users for their order counts. Use special variable %s which will be replaced with actual order counts.
Message configured in this field will be send to user when extension is disabled in Magento store .
