In this article we're going to describe you welcome message features for your chatbot. As it's title specified that this message will be sent to your page subscribers when they tapped Get Started button in their messenger window.
The welcome message is the first thing your subscriber encounter after started conversation with messenger bot. Configure your welcome message by including information that allows a subscriber to learn about your bot and what it offers.
To edit default welcome message, navigate to Customization > Welcome message page which looks similar to below image.
