Shipment Updates

This template is used while sending shipment updates to your Facebook subscriber. To edit shipment message template, navigate to Automation > eCommerce page and click on EDIT TEMPLATE button under Shipment tracking box.

Similar to Order confirmation template, this page is also divided into configuration and preview section.

Configuration

BEFORE RECEIPT

Text entered in this configuration will send before shipment receipt. You can use emoji's and predefined variables to personalize this text.

Supported Variable	Value
{{order_number}}	This variable will be replace Magento order number
{{customer_name}}	This variable will be replace with Magento order billing customer name

RECEIPT CONFIGURATION

This section allows you to set receipt title and sub-title along with CTA buttons. You can find details about each fields of this section as below:

• Receipt Title is main text which will appear beneath the map image. You can personalize this text with emoji's and predefined variables.

• Receipt Sub-title if you want to show addition details about the shipment. Customize your text with emoji's and predefined variables.

• Action Buttons allows you to set CTA button for order receipt and shop more action. Note that this CTA button has predefined action and you can't change its behaviour.

  {{order_number}}	The value of this variable will be replace Magento order number
  {{customer_name}}	This variable will be replace with Magento order billing customer name
  {{shipping_carrier}}	This will be replace with shipment carrier detail which is set during shipment generation.
  {{shipment_tracking_number}}	This variable will be replace with actual tracking number.

AFTER RECEIPT

Same as before receipt, text set in this field will be send after shipment details.

All of above field has its own character limitation as per Facebook message limit, you can find remaining character counter while focusing any of this field.

We utilize Google Static Map API to generate shipment address map, there might be change you get in-appropriate map in case of invalid or not recognize address.
